The ice cream version of the vintage cocktail featuring 24 Karat Spiced Rum from Houston-based Clutch Distilling, nutmeg, cardamom, and aromatic coriander.
(BFP = 17.8%; ABV LESS THAN 5%)

MALTED
VANILLA BEAN

Our classic 1848 Vintage Vanilla custard warmed with brown sugar and Aberfeldy 12 Year single malt scotch whiskey
(BFP = 16.5%; ABV LESS THAN 5%)

ROUGE CHOCOLAT

Dutched, rouge cocoa custard with a bitter-sweet, fudgy character and blended with cognac. (BFP = 16.4%; ABV LESS THAN 5%)

SORREL SORBET

Brewed Jamaican Hibiscus flowers, cinnamon, whole clove and allspice berries, orange and cranberry juices, and Chandelier Rum, the foundation white rum spirit from Clutch Distilling.  (ABV LESS THAN 5%)

Orders start shipping on December 16

For 3-gallon container orders, the minimum delivery fee within the Houston Galveston MSA is $100; outside of the Houston Galveston MSA, the minimum delivery fee will vary based on shipping location. Please contact us for a detailed shipping quote.

Catering Terms

We require five (5) full business days from the date the order is placed to the date that the order is to be delivered to complete and effectively pack, ship or deliver, as our ice cream is made fresh in small batches to ensure quality, and we pack utilizing dry ice to ensure a fresh, frozen product for pick up or delivery.

 

Orders need to be placed by 11 a.m. Monday -Thursday to ensure a prompt turnaround.

We will ship your order as soon as possible and we will update you via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.


Deliveries are made Wednesday-Friday within the greater Houston TX metro area.
