Coquito meaning "Little Coconut" in Spanish is a traditional Christmas drink that originated in Puerto Rico. It is the Latino version of eggnog. Originating a beverage made with coconut milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, sweetened cream of coconut, spices, and generous amounts of rum. Our idea is to combine the best of Puerto Rican Flan de Queso: a rich and creamy cheesecake-like baked custard dessert that’s not too sweet thanks to the slight tang of buttermilk, with a rich coconut rum flavored caramel to bring you this unique holiday dessert offering.
