Mascarpone ice cream with a jam swirl is a no-brainer combination. We took that to the next level:  Mascarpone ice cream swirled with our homemade Cherry Olive jam — Amarena Cherries, grown in Italy, Black Cherries, first cultivated in the US by an abolitionist Quaker who ran a successful nursery in Iowa in the late 1830s, and olives, which were first cultivated in southern Andalusia by the Phoenicians. It’s sweet, briny, creamy, decadent. We’re not insane, but this ice cream creation is insanely delicious.
