Nationwide Shipping is Back!

We heard you! Here's how.

Make your selections.

After you've perused the menu, identify the flavors that you want. To qualify for shipping, we require a minimum order of four (4) pints. You can always go over that amount, but a minimum of four (4) is required.

Fill out the Ship My Ice Cream form to the right.

Please complete all of the sections and submit.

We will send you an invoice.

We will research available carriers to find the lowest price for your package and email you an invoice that includes your pint selections and the shipping cost. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. We will charge you exactly what the carrier charges us. We do not make any money on shipping. You may pay this invoice online. Or, if you decide to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving this shipping invoice. We will issue a refund. Should you decide to proceed with your order, once payment of the shipping invoice is received, we will send you a follow up email with your invoice number and the anticipated date that your package will ship.

What you need to know about shipping, dry ice and storage:

  • We will ship priority overnight (upon request), or standard 2-day shipping (delivers in 2 business days, Monday–Friday, by noon for most shipments).

  • Your order will be packed in a fully-recyclable insulated cooler + PLK box with enough dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen during transit. It is normal for the dry ice to have been fully sublimated (transformed from solid to vapor) by the time you open your package. Your ice cream should still be frozen.

  • Packages are shipped out Monday-Thursday of each week. We do not schedule shipments or deliveries for Saturdays or Sundays.

  • We ship to all 50 states in the US and to the District of Columbia.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $50 charge for Overnight Shipping.

  • All sales are final.

  • Do not touch or remove dry ice with bare hands, it will burn you!  Use heavy insulated gloves instead. Rubber and plastic gloves do not provide adequate protection. Keep it away from children and animals.

  • We authorize our carriers to deliver packages without a signature. Please keep in mind that you’ll want to move your ice cream to the freezer as quickly as possible after delivery! Unless your original delivery date was delayed, or your order was delivered to the wrong address by the shipper, we are not responsible for melted pints on the date of your delivery.

  • Upon arrival, immediately place ice cream in the freezer to allow it to temper for at least two (2) hours before eating.

  • For maximum enjoyment, super premium ice creams such as ours should be eaten within two weeks of opening.  You can preserve flavor and textural quality after opening by covering the ice cream with a bit of wax paper or plastic wrap, then sealing it with the lid.  You’ll want to ensure that the lid is tightly closed when storing in your freezer. What you don’t want to do is microwave the ice cream to quicken the softening process.  Doing so destroys both the texture and flavor of the ice cream.
