Our mission is to elevate the dessert experience using ice cream as a conduit to culture, specifically the regions, recipes, ingredients and foodways of the Pan African Diaspora. From Africa to the Caribbean, Central and South America, to the American South, our ice creams and sorbets are known for their unique and balanced flavors, consistently creamy mouthfeel. We’re not only bringing a lot of flavor and texture, but also telling a story of an ingredient, or region or sometimes the people that are uniquely tied to them.
