Inspired by childhood summers picking wild berries in the West Virginia mountains for my Grandmother, this flavor is a Mountain Girl’s answer to the traditional European cake. Wild blackberry ice cream folded with cold-brew liqueur-soaked Devil's Food cake and finished with a sharp, house-made blackberry pepper jam. Darker, bolder, and more complex than its namesake.
